Hold the pressure steady at a level that feels okay to you; don't force it. As the tense tissues get used to the pressure and begin to let go, you can gradually increase the pressure. Some gentle kneading motion with the Knobble or slow movement of the part of the body being massaged may be helpful.

In 1967, he made one of the most famous blocks in one of the most storied championship games in NFL history. Two years later, he was voted as the best guard in the first 50 years of pro football. Kramer won two Super Bowl rings and also earned a spot on the all-time all-Madden team. This 16x20 framed black and white photograph features Kramer hoisting Vince Lombardi after winning Super Bowl II against the Oakland Raiders on January 14, 1968 in Miami, Florida.
